At Lumogap, every shirt and apparel piece is made with care—from selecting quality fabrics to checking every stitch before it leaves our workshop. We want you to enjoy wearing it, but if for any reason it’s not what you expected, we have a clear, simple return and refund policy for apparel.
Please read carefully to understand how returns and refunds for clothing and fabric items work.

1. Conditions for Return
For an apparel item to be accepted for return at Lumogap, it must remain in a condition where it can be resold or further processed. This means the return request must be made within 90 days from the date you received your order. This period is long enough for you to inspect the item, try it on, and decide whether to keep it, but short enough for us to ensure the returned stock is still current and in good condition.
The returned item must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any odors, stains, or alterations. For fabric-based items, maintaining their original condition is especially important, as even one wash or improper try-on can affect the garment’s shape and quality.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. These details not only help us verify that the item is the same as sold but also allow us to process and restock it quickly. Additionally, you must provide the invoice or proof of purchase so we can look up your order and related information.
2. Return Types & Process
A. Returns Due to Lumogap’s Fault
In some cases, the fault lies with Lumogap—for example, you receive the wrong style, color, or size compared to your order, or the product has technical defects such as uneven stitching, misprints, or damage during transit.
When this happens, Lumogap will cover all return shipping costs. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email to print and attach to the package. You may choose to receive a replacement product (if available) or a refund that includes the original shipping fee.
B. Returns Due to Change of Mind or Sizing Issues
Sometimes the product matches the description perfectly, but you decide you no longer want it or it doesn’t fit after trying it on. In this case, you may still return the item, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packing the item securely—preferably in its original packaging—to avoid damage during return transit. Once we receive and confirm the item is in its original condition, we will refund the product value (excluding the original shipping cost).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned unless there is a fault on Lumogap’s part:

Gift cards – as these are a stored value and not a physical product.

Final sale or clearance items – often sold at special discounted prices and marked as “final sale.”

Apparel that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered – unless the defect was present upon receipt. For clothing and fabric products, even a single wear can change the original condition, making the item ineligible for return.
4. How to Return
Lumogap’s return process is straightforward, but for convenience and speed, we recommend following these three steps:
Step 1 – Request a Return
Email [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your item. In your email, include your order number and reason for return. If the product is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos or videos so we can process your request faster.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions
Within 1–2 business days, our support team will reply with detailed return instructions. If the fault lies with Lumogap, you will also receive a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to the package.
Step 3 – Pack & Send the Product
Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging with protective material. Then ship it to:

5. Refund Method & Timeline
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Lumogap will begin processing the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (such as a credit card or PayPal), unless you request store credit. Once the refund process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Domestic U.S. shipping usually takes 4–6 business days.
